Will Bush win his 4th term in office?

For 3 terms now Bush has been increasing the military budget, giving tax breaks to the rich, occupying Iraq and Afghanistan, running torture prisons, deregulating the financial system, doing nothing about illegal immigration, using the Patriot Act, offering bailouts, causing general mayhem in the Arab world, defying the UN and focusing all efforts on the oil industry. People in America like to say they don't like Bush but they keep electing the same guy. Why? And will he win a 4th term?
