Is there a hack in oblivion that can do this?

i killed count andel irrays son on accident in the oblivion gate, and now he wont talk to me so i cant finish the quest because i need his help to send soldiers to bruma as im doing the quest allies for bruma, and he wont even talk to me, can i just use some code to skip this part of talking to him, but not skip the whole quest
