So, over a year after Wikileaks released the first 'Manning' documents, how many peope are dead as a result?

I notice that the people who were claiming that the leaks put lives at risk and would result in the deaths of countless US soldiers and allies have gone very quiet on the subject. I wonder why? Could it be that the reality is that not a single person has lost his or her life as result of the leaks?
