Very weird dream????????

i used to be on an anti depressant that caused very vivid and wierd dreams, but this one tops the cake. I just ( woke up an hour ago ) had a dream that i was playing basketball in my back ally on my hoop with a lot of people ( dont know any of them but my bro ) when the hoop falls off my house, then are neigbhor who lives down the ally put up his hoop that was attached to his truck, when i go to the drivers side door to thank him, it wasnt my neighbor, as i asked him to roll down the window, he turns to me and says no ( for got the exact words ) and lets me know hes a serial killer and i walked away and told everyone, as soon as i know it we are walking as a crowd to him but hes not in the truck were walking across the town looking for him.... it was so vivid i thought it was happening , i havnt been on any meds and this is the vividest dream i had in along time... what can this mean?
