Should it be illegal for religion to force ideas like eternal damnation upon people?

Lol, you guys still dont get it, you cant be religous just to "avoid this eternal hellfire", plus if you do not believe in hell and religion cannot be brought into the courtroom, how would you prosecute someone for threatening eternal damnation in a pit of fire when apparently, according to you, it doesnt exist.
