Tell me, how do your survive over office politics?

so i have observed that ppl working with me in office, man/woman are behind mask with not so good intentions. feigning a good front to everybody but little do we know what really lies underneath. and then, u discovered that everybody is basically the same... their need to blend in the environment or u'll be singled out. and sooner or later... i will be doing the same as well... sigh, so i could be part of the team.
